| With its continuous development and expansion of enrollment, higher education in China has entered a stage of popular education. Previous "college enrollment and job assignment managed by government" policy no longer exist, and graduates entering the job market are beginning to participate in a two-way selection of employment. In recent years, with the employment pressure, coupled with the implementation of teacher professional qualification system, many Non-Teacher College students have begun to compete in the teacher post, which makes the employment situation no longer optimistic for students from Teachers College. Under the circumstances, the Normal Schools need to consider how to adjust the training mode and develop socially necessary talents.This article starts from the theory research of Chemistry Talents Training Mode Innovative Experimental Area of the "Integration of Science, Engineering and Pedagogy", which is part of the National Talents Training Mode Innovation Experimental Area. On the basis of screening and analysis of domestic and foreign documents and main assessment modes on talents training quality, integrated with talents training characters and objectives of Chemistry Technology Institution, and referring to the CIPP assessment mode, analysis has been conducted on the elements that will influence the quality of talents training, from both university and institution levels.Through assessments on background, inputs, process, influence, effects, sustainability and implementation, comprehensive analysis on talent training quality of Chemistry Technology Institution has been completed, and the assessment parameter system of Chemistry Technology Institution from students’angel has been formulated. The statistical analysis of the data demonstrated the general assessment that Chemistry Technology Institution has made great achievements in talents training. At last, suggestions and proposals are raised out against problems in the process of talents training.The research of this thesis will help to promote awareness of the Chemistry talents Training Mode of "Integrated Education of Science, Engineering and Pedagogy ". More importantly, it can provide appropriate reference for the talents training work of both Teachers College and Non-Teacher College in two directions as setting up engineering Specialty in Teachers College and expanding teacher education in Non-Teacher College. |
