Strategy Study On Faculty Classification Construction Of The Colleges And Universities In Hunan Province

Facing the situation of intense international competition, the state's higher education and teachers of higher education has been set new and higher requirements; the fundamental changes of the economic structure and economic growth mode make the allocation of resources especially the teachers of colleges and universities facing many new situations and new problems; The reformation and development of higher education, especially the reformation of teaching and the changes of personnel training patterns put forward a more urgent task to faculty construction of colleges and universities. Therefore, It has pragmatic significance to analyze the present strategies and problems of faculty construction of colleges and universities in Hunan province and make some suggestions to further improve the strategies of faculty construction of colleges and universities in Hunan province to adapt to the changes of new period.In order to provide some ideas and strategy consulted for faculty construction of various colleges and universities in Hunan province , on the basic of the research of the background of faculty construction of colleges and universities in Hunan province, made questionnaires and collected various materials to induce and conclude with the modern intelligent technology, starting with five aspects (management system and operational mechanism, teacher introduction, teacher assessment, pay the distribution system, teacher education and training) with two levels(common strategies and various strategies of Hunan province's colleges and universities), analyzing the present strategies of faculty construction of various colleges and universities in Hunan province and the results achieved deeply, and then analyzing the problems existing and its impact factors. At last, this paper supplies the constructive opinion and suggestion of borrowing, cultivating and using talents on the respects of high level talents group , mechanism of personnel flowing, pay distribution, teacher evaluation, double-qualified teachers, etc.
