Comprehension Teaching is a teaching concept based on the ontology,is a sub-concept of Comprehension Education,focuses on the value of Comprehension in the teaching practice,and is the application of the contemporary comprehension concept in actual teaching activities.Adopting research methods of literature consultation, expert interview,logic analysis and so on,the research expounds the essence of the contemporary comprehension concept and the Comprehension Teaching.After the brief analysis on the connotation of physical education and the value pursuit of university physical education teaching,the concept of comprehension teaching of university physical education is defined preliminarily,and the concept basis,significance and the basic requirements of its formation are briefly discussed. At last,the enlightenment from the education view of Comprehension Teaching to the teaching reform of China' s university physical education is preliminarily elaborated in aspects of teaching content,environment,teaching mode, evaluation and so on,which is expected to be the reference for the reform of university physical education teaching concept.Four parts are in this paper.Part one is the preface.The basis and research significance of the research are discussed,and the correlated research both home and abroad is summarized. Part two is about the comprehension teaching.The essence of the contemporary comprehension concept and comprehension teaching in the philosophical hermeneutic is briefly described, and the concept of university physical education teaching is preliminarily defined as follows:it is a teaching form,which is based on the comprehension,emphasizes the effective communication between teachers and students in class,focuses on students' thought on the content of physical education and students' comprehension of physical education connotation, builds students' lifelong consciousness of physical education and trains students' sports ability,and has the life significance of teachers and students.Part three is about the theoretical thought on the comprehension teaching of university physical education.The theory basis and the practical significance of the comprehension teaching of university physical education are briefly analyzed.According to the characteristics of university physical education teaching,the basic requirements for the practice of the comprehension teaching of university physical education are proposed.Part four is about the enlightenment from the education view of Comprehension Teaching to the teaching reform of university physical education.Based on the comprehension view,basic ideas of the teaching of university physical education in aspects of content,environment,teaching mode,evaluation and so on are preliminarily explored.The choice of teaching content should be made with the consideration of students' actual demands;teachers' self-quality should be improved; students' ability of comprehension and communication should be cultivated;the optimization of the teaching environment should be emphasized.Based on knowing students' difference, focusing on learning physical education knowledge and emphasizing the effective communication between teachers and students,the teaching mode is constructed and the teaching content is chosen flexibly.In regard to the teaching evaluation,the formation of evaluation standards in the teacher' s teaching evaluation,the diversity of valuators and the interaction among teachers and students are emphasized,and the evaluation of teaching process should be strengthened,and the evaluation result should be utilized reasonably.Meanwhile, the development of evaluation purpose and the universality of evaluation content should be revealed in the students' study evaluation.
