The Curriculum Setup Of Physical Education In Comprehensive University Of Shandong Province From The Employment Situation

Curriculum is the way to achieve the objectives of talents cultivation. As the connection link of the education system and education process, it becomes the focus of all previous education reform. Reforms on the content of Physical education curriculum are directly related to the improvement of the teachers'level and the success or failure of educational reforms. In recent years, many countries in the world dedicated to the research on the curriculum system reform facing the 21st Century in order to explore new models and ways of talent cultivation and train all-round development of human resources who can creatively solve new problems in the new century, therefore, exploring the physical education curriculum reform reflects the needs of social development. It will not only help promote the overall reform of school physical education, but also ensure the quality and specification of the talents.In this study, the subjects were undergraduate students of physical education major coming from five comprehensive universities in Shandong Province, and they were investigated on their employment situation at present. Literature, expert interviews, Delphi method, questionnaire and other methods of mathematical statistics were used in this study. The overall quality of physical education teachers'status in the middle school in Heilongjiang Province is investigated as the reference of training physical education professionals in colleges. Three forms, such as self-assessment, peer assessment, integrated assessment from the leaders, are included during this period.The questionnaires are distributed to physical education experts in the five comprehensive Universities in Shandong by mail to investigate on the present teaching plan of the physical education major and suggestions to the curriculum reforms, and the rationality of the specialty course setup are being discussed as well in this essay. According to the research on the literature reviews related to curriculum reform in universities both at home and abroad, reform countermeasures to specialty course setup of physical education in Shandong Province are being proposed as reference for the professional physical education curriculum reform.
