Optimizing teaching methods,improving teaching quality,and cultivating students' creative ability and comprehensive quality are urgent problems to be solved in school education in China.They are also urgent problems to be solved in our physical education reform.The teaching process of traditional conventional ball sports generally polarizes the technical action teaching and tactical teaching.However,in the actual teaching process,the teaching part of the technical action is separately separated for teaching,which is not in accordance with the law of ball movement.The key to a game's success depends on the athlete's reasonable use of tactics and tactical skills on the field,not just relying on technical action to win.College volleyball teaching generally adopts the traditional skill teaching method.Since students have no sports foundation and there are fewer volleyball required courses,after one semester of study,it is difficult for students to achieve technical norms and it is difficult to reach a certain level of competition.In order to complete the school teaching progress and teaching tasks,it is extremely urgent to find a more reasonable and effective teaching method.The idea of comprehending pedagogy is that ball teaching is a combination of technology and tactics,allowing students to have a certain level of understanding of the game before learning a ball game,so that students can clearly understand what needs to be done in the game.The literature data method was reviewed,and the teaching method was deeply analyzed in all aspects.The feasibility of the teaching method applied to volleyball teaching was verified in the theoretical explanation.Combined with expert interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the Harbin Institute of Physical Education 2017 undergraduate physical education students as the experimental object,a total of 80 people.After a round of teaching experiments,various data were obtained,and the data were statistically analyzed to obtain the following experimental conclusions:1.Through the use of the “Comprehensive Teaching Method”for the volleyball class of undergraduate students of Harbin Institute of Physical Education,the experimental results prove that the “Comprehensive Teaching Method” is feasible in the volleyball compulsory courses of physical education colleges.2.The teaching method of comprehension teaching method and the law of volleyball complement each other,this method has a significant effect on improving students' volleyball tactical awareness and technical action standards.According to the statistical game data,the experimental group's ability to compete is significantly better than that of the control group,which proves that the “understanding teaching method” can better improve students' tactical awareness and decision-making ability.The “Comprehensive Teaching Method”follows the characteristics of students' individual psychology,and the students' lifelong sports awareness is strengthened.The teaching effect is significantly improved compared with the traditional skill teaching methods,which helps to improve the teaching quality.
