Since the 1980s, with the rapid development of technology, especially information technology, knowledge as a single production factors is playing an increasingly important role in promoting social progress and economic growth .And the knowledge-based economy began to show Vitality. Knowledge-sharing economy is a inevitable choice in our university organizations with the development of knowledge-based economy . Its essence is the process that the organization's staff and team use the Internet, study and discussion, oranize knowledge base and conference so that the form of the various explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge within organizations can maximize the common use and sharing by all the staff of the organization . Effective knowledge-sharing is not only that the University should have a group of high-quality personnel, an appropriate set of software systems, but also the leader of the university should regard the sharing of knowledge and innovation as the backbone of the university to win competitive advantage, the same time build a highly efficient University organizational structure as the carrier of its operation . The traditional organizational structure of the University has become constraints to the sharing of knowledge of the operation because of its inherent defects, so it is necessary to change.From the perspective of knowledge sharing, with the basic theory of the organizational structure , this article first introduced the meaning and the key elements of organizational structure of the University, also the factors affecting the organizational structure of the University .It described the present study situation of the organizational structure of the university from the relevant domestic and foreign scholars . Then put a number of requests of organizational structure of the University by knowledge-sharing with the knowledge economy. And then from the historical evolution of the organizational structure of China's universities, and the perspective of knowledge-sharing it analyses the major problems of China's current organizational structure of the University and the adverse effects these of the problems on the sharing of knowledge . Finally this paper puts forward the principle of change of current organizational structure of the University of China. It adavanced the ideas of university's changes in the organizational structure suit for our knowledge-sharing from the distribution of power change, structural change and grass-roots level academic organizations change, and so on .
