An Survey On Employment Problems And Solutions Of Vocational School Graduates

Vocational school graduates are social groups which have attained a certain quality and skills. It is a very important resource for our national industry. In the current market, with the high-speed development of economy and continuous expansion of secondary vocational schools, employment continues to deepen the system of reforming. The number of graduates has increased year by year. The community, as a whole, is facing the increasingly severe employment situation and multiple backgrounds. The employment of graduates of secondary vocational schools is to highlight the problems gradually. The problems of vocational school graduates relate to the government, society, education and the graduates themselves. As the development of China, higher education has brought about lots of popular pressure, which led to the severe employment situation. In secondary vocational schools, the rapid expansion of schools and personnel training lead to difficulty in obtaining a job. This is the reasons for the low employment rate in these days in addition to the traditional prejudices in society and the school principal or lacking of students' characteristics.This thesis is mainly about the employment situation of the vocational school graduates. As we all know, the employment situation is grim. Through anglicizing the current employment situations and thought of the graduates, I am trying to find out the employment problems of secondary vocational school graduates, explore settlements of vocational school graduates employment, explore the impact of vocational school graduates in employment and solve the employment problems of graduates of secondary vocational schools in new ways and new ideas. I am also intending to find a good way to tell the graduates how to make themselves suitable for the society and to guide the vocational school graduates to get a satisfying job in the current economy environment.
