Secondary vocational school graduates is to have a certain qualities and skills ofsocial group, is the basis of the job market in our country the important human resources.With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up, the rapid development of economy,the secondary vocational graduates is driving China’s manufacturing industry rapiddevelopment, promote the development of urbanization and the rural economy and thetertiary industry the main force. Secondary born into society, neither academic advantage,and have no experience, how to enable them to successfully enter the society, serve thesociety, between the complex and changeable competitive industry achieve successfulemployment, entrepreneurship, is the mission of all the secondary vocational school. Inrecent years, with the development of our social economy, gradually expanded the scale ofthe secondary vocational schools, secondary vocational graduates increased year by year,the employment problem has become increasingly prominent. Although secondaryvocational graduates employment rate is far higher than college students, however, highemployment rate does not mean that employment, employment quality is society for highervocational education employment expectations, not only hope the employment rate is high,also hope to employment quality is good. The current secondary vocational rawemployment quality is not high this problem deserves our enough attention."Labor force" directly reflects the secondary vocational school, secondary vocationalcompetition ability, social market for the evaluation of the school. Current secondaryvocational graduates employment situation is increasingly serious in China, and thecomprehensive quality of graduates and unit of choose and employ persons thecontradiction between highlight vocational ability demand, therefore, to further improvesecondary vocational ability and the employment core competitiveness, has becomeincreasingly urgent and important topic. Reality of the employment process, there is still aphenomenon or of the inequality of male and female factors, which makes secondaryvocational women employment more difficult. Secondary vocational women employmentdiscrimination to individuals, families, social as well as the secondary vocational educationcareer has caused negative influence. Research how to promote secondary vocationalwomen labor force, prompting them to find suitable for their career, to promote femalehuman resources development, the reasonable configuration, and the harmoniousdevelopment of society has the vital significance. In this context, the author combining theory research status at home and abroad and the current actual situation of our countrysecondary vocational women employment force analysis of the problems of the currentsecondary vocational women employment and causes, and on this basis discusses theascension school girls employment force method and the path.This article is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is mainly on the secondaryvocational women employment force problem research purpose and research significanceand research method of interpretation. The second chapter combed the theory research ofinternational and domestic labor force. The third chapter about the overall design and themethod of this study. The fourth chapter through the secondary girl questionnaire andstatistical analysis, extracting constituent elements of the secondary vocational womenemployment force, and the labor force components is analyzed. The fifth chapter analysiscauses secondary female employment problem, mainly includes the social reality, schooleducation guidance problems, family education problems and its own limitations. Chapter6concluded improve secondary vocational women employment path method andcountermeasures. Mainly through the government formulate corresponding policies andregulations, docking between colleges to carry out the corresponding reform, increaseemployment guidance work, parents improve family education accomplishment andpersonal path of ascension, which contains personal ascension self-knowledge andcompressive ability, personal charm and information communication, knowledge, skills,interpersonal skills, team cooperation innovation six dimensions.
