The study of these issues has important practical significance.The purpose of this survey is to provide answers to the above questions through research and analysis,and help secondary vocational students to establish a correct employment concept and lay a solid foundation for their future career development.This paper first expounds the purpose and significance of the topic,and introduces related concepts,and then discusses the status quo of foreign and domestic research in detail.On this basis,this paper conducts a sample questionnaire survey of students in Shijiazhuang City Vocational Finance and Accounting School;and conducts on-the-spot interviews with teachers and related companies who have been engaged in employment guidance for a long time;then we have carried out scientific research on the data obtained from the questionnaires collected.Study carefully;and analyze the valuable information obtained through interviewsto explore the relevant situation of the employment outlook of secondary vocational students in the region.Therefore,we will further study how to make some targeted changes to the secondary vocational students themselves,secondary vocational schools,families,and society.This paper mainly uses the literature method to obtain relevant theoretical research results,and provides quantitative data for research through questionnaire survey,and conducts further research through interviews.The research and analysis of this subject are carried out by a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.For secondary vocational schools,the analysis and research of this article can provide effective guidance for the training of secondary vocational students,help them to help the secondary vocational students to establish a correct employment concept,and also the related issues of secondary vocational students' employment concept.Further extension of theoretical results.Based on the sense of responsibility and crisis of a vocational school educator,this paper puts forward some suggestions and thoughts on cultivating the correct employment concept of secondary vocational students.I really hope that secondary vocational students will have good employment prospects and employment opportunities in the future.Can fully realize self-worth in his career and make greater contributions to China's economic and social development.
