Many people with lofty ideals in our country become more aware of the importance of logic education as the rapid progress in modern science and technology. It's necessary not only for high school to provide extensive logic education, but also for middle school to make it popular. The best course for logic education is Chinese.《Full - time Middle School Chinese teaching syllabus (Draft)》in 1963 regulated that "the knowledge of grammar, rhetoric and logic is auxiliary means to develop reading ability and writing skills" in its teaching content section. This regulation certified the importance of Logic education in middle Chinese teaching. But things changed later on, logic education was deleted from《Full - time Middle School Chinese teaching syllabus》in 1986 in the guideline of "decrease difficulty, reduce burden, define requirements". Logic education has never been mentioned in Middle School Chinese teaching syllabus since then. Logic education is a fundamental science and a significant tool, its absence was proved to be terrible. Two course reforms and two decays experiences and arguments in middle school Chinese teaching prove that now it's immediacy to resume logic education. This paper focuses on how to resume and reconstruct logic education in national Chinese teaching course reformation by combining relative theories in logic and logic education according to its history and current conditions.ChapterⅠprovides an overview of relevant theories in logic education and defines the concept of logic education, the functions of the logic education, and the characteristics of the logic education in middle school language teaching. The history of logic education is reviewed in the end.ChapterⅡestimates current situation of logic education's absence in Chinese teaching and systematically analyzes the lack of logic education concept, contents, methods and evaluations.ChapterⅢexpounds the significance and value of logic education's recurrence and ways to reform in the fields of logic education concept, contents, methods and evaluations.ChapterⅣpresents suggestions for construction of logic education in the Chinese course reformation and proposes means to redefine logic education concept, reconfirm logic education content, rebuild logic education teaching mode and reset logic education evaluation.
