With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up and the acceleration of rural urbanization, a large number of farmers continuously have come into the city ,who become "peasant workers." Their children can only be to stay in rural areas for various reasons. especially, for the migrant workers who work in medium-sized cities, their children are in a state of separation with their parents for a long time . It results in the "left-behind children" problem. According to some estimation, the country has about 22 million "Left-behind Children" ,and the situation is worrying. Because these "Left-behind Children" are not with their parents, short of long-term care, which lead to their safety, emotional, psychological and other issues. The problems have become increasingly prominent. Most of the left-behind children are at their school age and they also begin to lose their interest in studying, producing emotional weariness , accompanied with improper education, non - timely, not strictly related problems. Their out-of-school problem is getting worse. After they drop out of school, the endless freedom brings in disastrous consequences. Therefore, the issue of the current Left-behind Children's education is particularly important. This new problem, this new topic are required to study and solve .The purpose of thesis research: make people aware of the "Left-behind Children " education, it is necessary and timely, comprehensive, meticulous. attention should be given by parents, schools and society. Great care and better environment for the growth and educational environment should be given to "Left-behind Children". Through the analysis of the reason for"the left behind children"who are out of school in Minle Town and the consequence, we can find ways and means to the problem and try to reduce the rate of the "Left-behind Children "who are out of school. Thus, we can solve the problem effectively.The contents of the thesis: Choose the out-of-school problems of "Left-behind Children ", focus on their causes and consequences of school drop-outs. through the research, analysis and verification of "Left-behind Children "who are out-of-school in primary and secondary schools in Minle Town, and aim to come up with countermeasures for dealing with the situation of the"Left-behind Children "who are out-of-school in rural areas .Research Methods of the Papers: document summarization methods, survey methods, analysis methods. The survey of two secondary schools, eight primary schools in Minle town of Qing'an in order to get real materials about the "Left-behind Children " out-of-school situations and analyze them . Then find "Left-behind Children " out-of-school problem, the root causes, environmental conditions and their associated measures to resolve.Thesis Research Conclusion: from the field research and analysis of relevant information. at present, in some parts of rural China, "Left-behind Children " out-of-school problem is very serious, which requires the care from the whole society . This new situation and new problems should be concerned about. In connection with the issue through research, some of the recommendations and responses has been put forward to solve the out-of-school problem of "Left-behind Children" in rural areas .
