In the process of urbanization in our country,a large number of migrant workers go to the city to find employment opportunities.Due to the restrictions of the household registration system,their children can only stay in the domicile to live and study,and become rural left-behind children.As the four main bodies of caring for rural left-behind children,the government,family,school and society play an important role.Their care for rural left-behind children determines the life and learning status of rural left-behind children.On the other hand,the emergence of rural left-behind children is directly related to the inadequate performance of these main responsibilities.With the support of the theory of multi-body supply of public service,the education well-being and Maslow's demand-level theory,this paper makes an empirical study on the left-behind children in L town of Shangluo City of Shaanxi Province by using the questionnaire,and the basic situation and educational condition of the left-behind children in L.It includes the government's policy development and implementation,family care and education,school education and other basic contents.Then,the problems existing in the rural left-behind children are analyzed,and the strategies for coping with the problems are put forward: to perfect the education system of the left-behind children in the rural areas,to actively implement the policy of caring for the left-behind children,to increase the financial resources for the establishment of more post-stay schools for the left-behind children,and to improve the rural and young children The salary and treatment of the teachers' teaching staff and the recruitment of more early-school teachers to support the rural areas;to improve the care and protection system of the left-behind children in the rural areas,and to make the social forces an important complementary force for caring for the left-behind children in the rural areas;The main responsibility of the system is to give the rural left-behind children's living help and spiritual encouragement,to create a better living environment for them,and to meet the needs of their education.
