This paper basing on actuality of inland and overseas of study on high-school teachers'performance appraisal system, combined with the specificity of the work of high-school teachers, discussed that the problems and shortcomings of high-school teachers'performance appraisal in our country, suggests: First, founding appraisal system combining task performance with contextual performance and assimilating advantage of 360-degree feedback and KPI on appraisal method;Secondly, inducting threshold index and dynamic position to the index system; Third, using matter element theory based on cloud mode to solute index synthesis problem in system of quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators co-exist; Finally, providing a lot of evaluation methods on inspecting appraisers to reducing possible subjective error.This paper is divided into seven chapters. Chapter one is introduction. And introduces the main problems of teacher performance appraisal and the question raised, research purpose, meaning and main ideas of this paper, methods and innovation. Chapter two is teacher performance appraisal theory. introduces actuality of inland and overseas of study on high-school teachers'performance appraisal system and relevant theory. and finally introduces several commonly used methods of performance appraisal. Chapter three is teacher'performance appraisal index system. Mainly through the introduction of teachers'performance appraisal index system for an overview of design, designs index system including task performance and contextual performance. And illustrates how to use threshold index and dynamic position in our system. Chapter four describes how to use the matter element theory and cloud model to quantify the results of the appraisal in order to obtain the final comprehensive teachers'appraisal. Chapter five is inspection of appraisers. Because of the subjective appraisal can only be resolved through by experts'subjective judgments, so inspection of appraisers is very necessary. This chapter proposed a variety of teacher performance appraisal method for it. Chapter six is the results feedback of the appraisal, introduces purpose of the feedback, principles, and several common methods of feedback. Chapter seven is conclusions and prospects. It mainly summarizes this paper's research results and prospects follow study.
