With the rapid development of education,higher education in China has gradually developed from "elite education" mode to "popular education" mode.The society,government and academia are paying more attention to higher education.Because of the particularity of the profession of University teachers,the performance appraisal of university teachers is very complicated,especially under the guidance of incentive theory and performance appraisal theory.In order to fully mobilize the subjective initiative,enthusiasm and creativity of University teachers,it has become a difficult task to formulate a scientific and effective performance appraisal system for University teachers.At the same time,with the advent of the information age,online teaching in Colleges and universities in China has made remarkable achievements with the help of computer science.At present,the research on online teaching in Colleges and universities in China mainly focuses on the construction and application of online teaching platform,the construction of online teaching mode,etc.,which lacks the research on the performance evaluation of online teaching in Colleges and universities.Under this background,this paper studies the combination of SPOC teaching platform and teacher's classroom teaching.By using the methods of literature research,normative analysis and investigation and interview,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of SPOC platform teaching performance appraisal in T College,and finds the following problems: The purpose and orientation of performance appraisal are not clear,the setting of assessment index and algorithm is unreasonable,the subject of assessment is arbitrary and the teacher's subject status is not clear,formalism tends to exist in the process of assessment implementation,the assessment results are lack of communication and feedback,and are not used reasonably.Based on the analysis of the reasons for the above problems,with the help of the successful experience of the performance appraisal of university teachers at home and abroad and combined with the relevant incentive theory,and using the principles of suitability,popularity,participation,quantitative and qualitative assessment,the SPOC platform teaching performance appraisal system is optimized,including: Define the goal of teaching performance appraisal,select appropriate performance appraisal methods,determine the main body of performance appraisal,select key performance indicators and design the weight of key performance indicators.At the same time,it puts forward the implementation guarantee of SPOC platform teaching performance optimization system as follow.In order to give full play to the important role of teaching performance appraisal in human resource management of T College,we should publicize performance appraisal,organize effective performance appraisal training,improve performance appraisal management system,establish performance appraisal appeal system and improve the incentive scheme of performance appraisal.This study can provide optimized design and suggestions for the SPOC platform teaching performance appraisal in T College,and at the same time,it can also provide some reference for the online teaching performance appraisal in relevant universities.
