Recently,as the number of undergraduate students grows dramatically,increment and stock of employment of undergraduates attract extensive attention.With the deepened job market competition, the integrity of undergraduate employment becomes the main focus.This thesis first investigates the basic concept of integrity and employment,then concentrating on analysis,elaborating of the two important concepts -integrity and employment.The theoretical limit is identified and used to elaborate the integrity employment which forms the theoretical foundation of this research.Following that,this thesis proposed the sociology model in the undergraduate integrity employment which succinctly, precisely presents the relationship among individuals in the real events.This graphic model serves as a guide to the demonstration survey.The survey mainly targets at the undergraduates and employers in the Beijing district with strong pertinence.Based on the results,a variety of lack of integrity during undergraduate's employment is concluded.Through analyzing the reason for lack of integrity,a conclusion has been drawn that the undergraduate integrity employment system needs to be built.The suggestions are also proposed that changes should be made through judicial system,supervision system, education system and management system to improve the undergraduate integrity employment system.
