Employment has a vital bearing on the people’s livelihood. As an indispensable part of China’s higher education, higher vocational education plays key role in improvement of professional structure and development of vocational education. The employment issue of graduates of higher vocational colleges has drawn widely much attention from national departments concerned at various level and all sectors of the society, which is not only the issue of job hunting, but the integrity displayed in it. Sincerity is the essence for man to conduct himself. However, it shouldn’t be denied what worries people seriously is the status quo of graduates’ credit, over which should be thought.The thesis, based on previous studies, makes clear that credibility of finding job is sincere psychological and possible acting tendencies in the process of employment, including occupation choice, resume making, interview, contract signing and behaviors after assuming office. Meanwhile, a relative survey has been made about integrity issues of employment of vocational graduates in Hunan Province, showing main aspects concerning shortage of credit:fraud in resume, overstatement in interviewing, rejection of signing contract after successful interview, and breach of contract at random, with the result of lacking social integrity in the transformation period, cognitive bias on educational background, being short of credit education at school and home, wrong self-cognition and weak ethical consciousness in job hunting.The thesis, based on the systematic analysis on the status quo and origins of shortage of integrity, focusing on improvement of integrity of vocational college graduates, promoting their long-term development, puts forward measures to build sincere social surroundings and rectify bias on academic background by enhancing integrity education in the whole society on the one hand, perfecting managing mechanism of social credit on the other. For the credibilty education system in vocational colleges, it can be carried out via campus integrity culture construction, student integrity education, employment counseling and guidance, on-campus vigilance of integrity; for the family credibility education system construction, it can be fulfilled through showing parents’demonstration and building sincere, friendly and harmonious families.
