The new round curriculum reform of basic education is aimed to make every student develop immensely.Its basic approach is to transfer the mode of instruction so as to transfer the method of learning.Thus,the teachers will face the grcat challenge of their role changing.In order to implement their role changing smoothly,it is a key issue for the teachers how to arrange their time properly so as to implement their behavior changing during their regular work time,and then forming the new mode of surviving.The teachers realize the significance of instructional time in their sub-consciousness,but nobody make a detail study on how to plan the instructional time,how to scientifically manage the instructional time and what the reason of time waste.The result arising from this,the teachers will make a common excuse "I have no enough time" when they face the new curriculum reform. The teachers generally respond to the lack of instruction time,but we wonder if there are substantive differences behind the surface because of individual instructional idea.Does Instructional Time-Management have complicated distribute rate which made decision by teachers personality in class? Which one is better for Instructional Time-Management,soft management or rigid management?The dissertation is based on the theories of time management,focused on case study of the teacher instructional time-management,used qualitative and quantitative research methods, hunted for relationships between uniqueness personality of teachers & students and fixity of lesson time by a case study of A teacher in class,and showed the influences on them.Firstly,it is summarized the concept and structure of instructional time management by the documentary analysis method in order to describe and explain the content and its influence,which is made a rational foundation for the case study.Secondly,aiming at the current situation of the teachers instructional time management,it is analyzed the ideas,principles,characteristics of Chinese teacher in primary school by the interview and observe method,and showed how the teachers distribute and use the instructional time.Finally,it is deeply described the case in order to confirm and analyze the influence factors of the individual teachers,and further explored the notable problem of classroom teaching in the new curriculum reform through the surface phenomenon of the time management.There are five parts in the dissertation including forward,introduction,approaching and designing research,experience and outcome,discuss and think over.Founding on question origin, in front three parts it is proposed a concept of instructional time management and analyzed the foundation of quality research,combining theory of effective teaching,time management and time psychological tendency.It is showed the processes of quality research on instructional time management and my acquisition in last two parts.My copartner and I got a common consensus:the instructional time management is not a rigid time management,which is aimed to efficiently direct the teacher's classroom teaching.So the teacher should make a course consciousness,try to manage the course by themselves,make full of the instruction time by concerning over integrate teaching method and correctly using the teaching strategies,and construct a learning community between the investigators and students in order to intensify the consciousness of the instructional time management and improve the self-taught time management ability through the learning community's learning.
