With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy and industrial structure adjustment, the vocational education has faced to the new opportunity. Nowadays China has realized the popularization of higher education, the higher vocational education has obtained great development. It has become more and more important to improve higher vocational education teaching quality, but it still has many insufficiencies in the developing process. As the main participant of the teaching activity, the higher vocational teacher has become the most important factor which influences the education quality. It has become the urgently problem which to be solved. We should strengthen teaching staff construction and realize the changes of the higher vocational teacher's role. Enactment orientation can be fit for the characteristics of the vocational education practice, so it sheds light on understanding teacher's role, furthermore it is little to be researched from this point, it need to be made further research. Because of this, the article puts forward that higher vocational teacher should insist on enactment orientation in the curriculum implementation, it is beneficial to improve the teaching quality and promote the change of higher vocational teacher's role.Firstly according to the problems that can not obtain the expectation effect in current curriculum implementation, the article points out higher vocational teacher is the key factor which influences teaching activities. Then article proposes the necessity that carrying on enactment orientation in the curriculum implementation and proposes that the higher vocational teacher's role should be changed. At the same time, the article elaborates concept definition, present research situation of the curriculum implementation and teacher's roles study progress in the world, as well as the significance of insisting on enactment orientation in the higher vocational curriculum implementation. Next, it makes the theoretical research which aims to the higher vocational teacher's role transformation in the enactment orientation which including the evolution of the orientation of the curriculum implementation; the principle of the enactment orientation; the factors which influence enactment orientation as well as the requirement for teachers in the course of curriculum implementation based on enactment orientation. Thirdly, it makes the investigation research which aims to find the existing problems of the higher vocational teacher's role in the course of traditional curriculum implementation. In the last part the article put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
