Since reform and opening access to higher vocational education in China developed rapidly, in which "service for the purpose of employment-oriented, capacity-building as the core, take the path of development combination"concept has become the consensus of professional education. In this concept under the guidance of higher vocational education has achieved great development. However, the wave of the market economy, the "supply and demand," have become increasingly prominent, highlighted the accelerating demand for talent in China with the growing contradiction between higher vocational education. This contradiction reflects to some extent the quality of higher vocational education should be further improved. Therefore, the issue of urgent need to strengthen. Higher vocational education quality improvement program will eventually be attributed to, due to the teachers, due to curriculum development and setting.Teacher and curriculum are currently two important issues. Relationship between the two has gone from seamless to be separated, to the current process of gradual integration with each other. Now, there is growing emphasis on the relationship between teachers and courses, including "Teacher Participation in Curriculum Development" is used as an important proposition. For teachers, especially teachers of vocational courses in vocational competency development and implementation of the construction and development is extremely important and essential. To further improve the quality of vocational education and improve the competence of teachers of vocational education, combined with the previous studies this paper, the development and implementation of vocational education courses as a starting point to explore the process of vocational teachers in the competency model.According to the characteristics of research, this paper uses the behavior of the event through interviews, the context of curriculum reform key behavioral characteristics of vocational teachers in the analysis, the preparation of "vocational teacher competency questionnaire" A questionnaire survey methodology, statistical analysis of the data, identify high performing teachers have the competencies To construct vocational teacher competency model.Through analysis of the theoretical studies and surveys, this paper argues:(1)Vocational teacher competency model constituted by the six competency, they are:teaching literacy, teamwork, research capacity, developing awareness, good attitude, teaching management skills. (2) Curriculum reform should give more humane care to female teachers; concerned about the professional development of teachers of different age characteristics of the curriculum reform to play a different role; guide part-time teachers Participate in curriculum reform, teacher and part-time help to create a communication and collaboration scenarios. (3) Misunderstanding of the concept of the course; lack of practice sites; the lack of an effective incentive mechanism as a constraint to the development of vocational teacher competency major obstacle. (4) Vocational training needs of teacher competency government in formulating policies and measures to increase investment in vocational education; need to contact the school study, and research, carry out international cooperation and exchange, to take the necessary incentives; needs teachers personal establish continuing education, lifelong education concept.
