21st century country strongly advocated vocational education and secondary vocational school education is put forward to cultivate beauty,intelligence and physique full scale development the practical talents,secondary vocational school students in one of the major problems facing is to meet the needs of the society,qualified as a line personnel,students in secondary vocational schools need to have a healthy physical fitness and health.Physical education is an important part of education,which is also an indispensable part of education system.Physical education in secondary vocational schools is also the inevitable development of education.PE teachers' role is along with the historical development and development of school sports itself,in the different historical condition,the role norms and role expectation is different,but basically,it is the result of social economic and cultural interaction.No relevant standards of physical education in secondary vocational schools,so we can learn from advanced new curriculum standards.We know students in age and physical conditions are similar to ordinary middle school students,but interest in sports,sports technology,physical quality and there is a great difference.Secondary vocational school students because of their different characteristics have different requirements for their physical fitness and sports will follow changes in teaching methods.Implementation of the new curriculum,students in new demands on teachers.Our physical education teachers in vocational schools to actively make the change,with a new attitude,a new teaching ideas and methods to adapt to the change of curriculum standards.This article uses the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other methods,secondary vocational schools in Lanzhou city sports teachers' role positioning condition were investigated,the results show that the part of the school sports teachers' understanding of their role is not clear,location is not allowed.The main problems are:the teaching method is dull,the teaching idea is not clear,the current situation is satisfied,not to new breakthrough,the idea of new curriculum reform is not profound.Through to the traditional sports teachers role dislocation,disorder,cause,consequences and coping strategies,given the "sports and health course standard" re-position role under the implementation of physical education teachers;Secondary vocational sports by reference to the implementation of the new curriculum,in the process of school physical education teachers to the broker to collaborators,secondary vocational physical education teachers to strengthen professional skills curriculum requirements,develop a new teaching skills,change the old teaching ideas,to master the new cooperative teaching mode.The transition from"one-off education" to lifelong learner.With the high integration of the role of physical education teachers,the role of physical education teachers should be developed from pure "teaching" to "education".
