With the arrival of the new technology era characterized by informatization,digitization and intelligentization,vocational education has been facing new opportunities and challenges.Its talent cultivation and teaching quality have also been paid much attention.Teachers are the main participants of vocational education teaching activities,their curriculum accomplishment and ability play a key role in the cultivation of talents and improvement of teaching quality.Curriculum enactment is an important embodiment of curriculum accomplishment and ability of vocational school teachers.Based on the new situation of vocational education development,this paper studies the curriculum enactment of teachers in vocational schools,aiming to solve the dilemma of teachers' curriculum ability improvement in vocational schools,and lay a foundation for talent cultivation and teaching quality improvement in vocational education.The full text mainly includes the following parts:In the first part,the existing domestic and foreign relevant research materials are sorted out and analyzed by the method of literature analysis,which explains the origin,summary and significance of the research,and explains the research ideas,contents and methods.The second part,on the basis of the theoretical achievements of philosophy,psychology and pedagogy,this chapter expounds the theoretical basis of teachers' curriculum enactment in vocational schools,and points out the realisticdemands of teachers ' curriculum enactment in vocational schools under the new situation.The third part,from the aspects of curriculum concept,curriculum objective,curriculum content and curriculum implementation,curriculum evaluation and curriculum reflection,this chapter illustrates the ought-to-be characteristics of teachers ' curriculum enactment in vocational schools under the new situation.The fourth part,by means of investigation and statistical analysis,through on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire survey and other forms of investigation,this chapter conducts empirical research on the representative vocational school teachers and students,and analyzes the current situation of vocational school teachers' curriculum enactment according to the survey data.The fifth part,referring to the ought-to-be characteristics and actual situation of teachers' curriculum enactment in vocational schools,this chapter sorts out the existing problems,including a lack of understanding of curriculum enactment,despising continuous update of curriculum concept,being short of reasonable reconstruction of curriculum content,ignoring the multivariate main body interaction in the process of curriculum implementation,losing sight of the effective use of curriculum implementation means and methods,and treating curriculum evaluation and reflection one-sidedly,according to the current situation of vocational school teachers' curriculum enactment.And then this chapter also explains the causes of the problems from four aspects of the curriculum enactment consciousness,ability,space and conditions of teachers in vocational schools.In the sixth part,aiming at the existing problems,this chapter proposes the promotion strategies of teachers' curriculum enactment in vocational schools in the new situation from the perspectives of internal change and external guarantee.
