If the perfect and valuable lesson plan was shelved or not implemented, the results can only be zero.Curriculum implementation has been paid for more and more attention as the core part of the curriculum reform.As the focus of understanding and assessment of curriculum reform,curriculum implementation issues have great significance.As the main part of curriculum implementation,teachers’ attitude, ideas, values and behaviors about curriculum implementation are important factors that affect curriculum reform implementation. As teacher is the main body of curriculum implementation, teachers’ orientation of curriculum implementation is not only the macro-cognitive and value orientation of the curriculum implementation but also the different understanding of the curriculum implementation process and the course values that dominates these awareness. The departure from the lesson plans in the curriculum implementation process is one of the reasons that leads to the results inconsistent with the curriculum reform and the expected course objectives.Now, the elementary education curriculum reform has gone through10years, but has not reached the ideal state, the study of teachers’ orientation of curriculum implementation situation will contribute to our understanding about the present situation and reasons of curriculum reform, it’s good for the further development of curriculum reform.This study is divided into six parts:The first part is introduction. Combing and analysis of previous studies at home and abroad, including the meaning of the definition of curriculum implementation, the ideal mode of the orientation of curriculum implementation and the curriculum enactment orientation. The introduction can provide theoretical basis and supporting for this study.The second part mainly introduces the three kinds of orientation of the curriculum implementation, analysis its characteristics and the development direction of the curriculum implementation. According to Fullan and Snyder’s research, teachers’ orientation of curriculum implementation is divided into three types namely "fidelity orientation"," mutual adaptation orientation" and "enactment orientation". Each of these three kinds of orientation has its value and defects, and the curriculum enactment orientation is more in line with the development requirements of the times. It is conducive to the teachers and students’personality development, and promote the further development of curriculum reform. It also will be the development direction of the teachers’ orientation of curriculum implementation.The third part is about present situation investigation of teachers’orientation of curriculum implementation. Through the questionnaire survey analyse the primary and middle school teachers’ orientation of curriculum implementation situation. First, describe the over all level of orientations and characteristics of primary and middle school teachers, and then according to the teachers of different gender, age, professional title, subject, status to participate in the training and type of school, deep analyse the differences in contrast to teachers’ orientation of curriculum implementation.The fourth part summarizes insufficient of the primary and middle school teachers’orientation of curriculum implementation, and analyses the impact of teachers’ orientation of curriculum implementation situation, in order to gain access to the explanatory understanding of primary and middle school teachers’ orientation of curriculum implementation situation.The fifth part puts forward some suggestions for the transformation of primary and middle school teachers’ orientation of curriculum implementation. Develop teachers’ curriculumawareness so that they can establish new concept of students; improve teachers’ curriculum study ability and remind them to pay attention to the development of curriculum resources; construct creative type of teachers’cooperative culture and change the evaluation system of teachers; strengthening the education policy and improve the quality of teacher training.The sixth part, puts forward the shortcomings of this study and the problems that need improvement and further research.
