The Research On Career Education Integrating Ideological And Political Education Of College Students

In the ideological and political education, we used to emphasize the needs of society, and ignore the needs of individual talent; and we used to strengthen common requirements, and ignore the issue of character development, which leads to is a lack of relevance, effectiveness, attraction and appeal during the university students' ideological and political education. To settle the problem, this study selects "career education", an unique perspective, to explore the ideological and political education in the integration of career education. The so-called ideological and political education in the integration of career education combines the ideological and political education and career education, and career education will permeate the ideological and political education to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education. It includes ideological and political guidance, learning development, life management, physical and mental health, the quality of the development and career design. The ideological and political education with the career education has the theoretical basis on analysis of career education into the ideological and political education which is in line with the Marxist theory of the all-round development, follows the inherent law of the ideological and political education, and reflects the scientific concept of development, conforms the localization of career education and it's development trends. It is also in line with the intrinsic relevance of career education and the ideological and political education. Besides, it has its practical basis. Career education into the ideological and political education is clarity of objectives, the main object, the function of socialization, the content of specific scientific methods, and ways to diversify with better results. To achieve the ideological and political education in the integration of career education, it can be established from the following five educational system: First, to establish a "fusion-style" course system, so that the ideological and political education fully penetrates in the first class; Second, it establishes a "modular" system activities so that the ideological and political education to integrate fully into the second class; The third is to establish a "three-dimensional" counseling system to resolve ideological problems with solving practical problems; The fourth is establishing of the "program" evaluation system to promote goal-oriented, guidance, full assessment of the system's progress; Fifthly, the establishment of "full-type" team system, forms of ranks of ideological and political education work.
