The Status Quo And Strategy On College Students Of Sports Teams' Ideological And Political Work In Hu Bei Province

This text is respondent 120 team members of WuHan Universities,research approach of visiting through the documents,questionnaire investigation,on-site and analyze about the respects,such as the status quo,reason for forming this situation,strategies in the future of ideological and political education of the university sports team of Hu Bei province,etc..The investigation of this thesis aims at through analyzing the achievement in ideological & political education and shortcomings of the sports team of university of HuBei as well as combine with the analysis of the successful cases as favorable reference for fast development of our province sports team.This paper regards Marxism theory as guidelines,through investigate and analyze the sports team of each university of HuBei to explore and study the rational mode of ideological and political education of the sports team of university of HuBei involving the theory cultural construction,quality-oriented education,idea faith is trained, respects,such as nationality's spiritual education,campus culture and organizing culture,traditional morals,online education,poor subsidy,social work,careers guidance,psychological health,etc.,especially pay attention to analyzing that the new situation,new thing make the new laws,new characteristics of ideological and political education of sports team of the university,and pay attention to absorbing the kernel of university student's ideological and political education,combine the actual conditions of the sports team,insist on people first,treat ideological and political education,university of sports team with eyes of development,aim at training the outstanding sport team members,create more successors for the sport of our country.
