| The “combination of sports and education” has become the theme and the tendencyfor the reserve forces in sports gradually after the2008Beijing Olympic Games. In thisthesis, we use literature reviewing, questionnaire, experts consulting and logicalanalysis methods. We defined the conception of the “combination of the sport andeducation” and proposed the important significance by sorting the domestic and foreignresearches. Under the new conditions we should realize the urgent of taking the newmodel of the sports talents training and should have faith in this model.The paper use the college sports teams in Hubei province as the subject, andanalysis the current situation and the effects of the sports items, equipment, funds,recruitment of students, training, studying and coaches on these teams. We thought thatthe college sports teams have significant meaning to the development of the Hubeisports undertakings and it is also the tendency for the reserve forces in sports in Hubei.We proposed some advice to the existing problems. The first is to increase the numberof universities who has the sports teams. The second is to enhance the corporationbetween universities and community. The third is to adhere people-oriented principle.And then, to improve the mechanism of coaches selecting and the scientific trainingmethods is also very important.Through the study of the current situation of the universities sports team, we foundthe problem of the combination of the sports and education in Hubei, and we furtherexplored the corresponding countermeasures. Take full advantages of the universitiestraining resources sports resources and construct the real multi-win-win model. In orderto promote the coordinated development of sports undertakings and sports industry inHubei province. To extends the universities sports teams in “combination of sports andeducation” way is the preliminary exploration of the competitive sports in Hubei and itis the way for us to catch up with the international standards. |
