In recent years,the country has paid more and more attention to the development of preschool education.The quality of professional life of city kindergarten teachers is not only related to the quality of preschool education in urban areas,but also affects the overall level of preschool education development in my country.What is the actual state of the professional life of city kindergarten teachers?Why is there such a state? Exploring these issues will help us pay attention to the subjective status of preschool teachers,understand the feelings and needs of preschool teachers in real educational situations,and provide new enlightenment and paths for improving preschool teachers' professional level and promoting the development of preschool education.In this research,the field research method was selected.With the help of the tutor,Guangzhou Y kindergarten was selected as the main field research site,and field research was carried out for 8 weeks.In the process of field research,the research on the professional life of city kindergarten teachers is mainly carried out by methods such as participatory observation method,dialogue interview method,and object collection.Use a combination of classification and context methods to classify and describe the collected data,and then adapt them into educational phenomenological anecdotes based on research needs.From the perspective of kindergarten teachers,researchers,kindergarten leaders,parents,and local education experts,it presents the actual state of the professional life of city kindergarten teachers,and finally selects the perspective of physical phenomenology to take a deep description at the professional life of city kindergarten teachers.The main findings are as follows:The professional life of city kindergarten teachers represented by Y kindergarten is showing a relatively high level.From the perspective of kindergarten teachers,"Happiness" is the main theme in the professional life of Y kindergarten teachers;"Difference" is a new phenomenon in the professional life of Y kindergarten teachers in recent years;"Stress" is a double-edged sword in the professional life of Y kindergarten teachers,which not only affects the professional self-confidence of kindergarten teachers,but also gives the impetus to the professional development of kindergarten teachers;"Easy" is a corner of the professional life of kindergarten teachers in Y kindergarten.The ease of kindergarten teachers in front of others is the result of the silent efforts of others;"Entanglement" is a resistance in the professional life of kindergarten teachers in Y kindergarten.Factors such as gender division of labor,professional ideals and work intensity hinder the professional growth of kindergarten teachers.From the perspective of other people,such as researchers,kindergarten leaders,parents of children,and local education scholars,kindergarten teachers in Y kindergarten are synonymous with a strong sense of autonomous learning,high professionalism,and unlimited potential.Regarding why the professional life of kindergarten teachers in Y kindergarten presents this status quo,this research is based on the theoretical basis of physical phenomenology,and elaborates on the ambiguity,space,time and language of the kindergarten teachers' body: The ambiguous of the body of kindergarten teachers is the reason for the differences in their professional life on the one hand,and on the other hand is their internal motivation to grow under pressure;the expansion of the physical habit space is the direction of the professional development of Y kindergarten teachers,the external space of the body accelerating the professional growth of Y kindergarten teachers is also a strong external support for their high-quality professional life;Y kindergarten teachers' professional life is constantly updated and developed in the personal time,and accumulated in the impersonal time.The intertwining of personal time makes the professional life of kindergarten teachers in Y kindergarten thick and full of possibilities;the language of kindergarten teachers in Y kindergarten is through various practical activities such as daily nursery interaction,post-employment training activities and independent learning activities.Being reflected is a direct factor that highlights the professional level and professional life quality of Y kindergarten teachers.
