Nowadays, with the continuous development of information technology, there are transformation exist in traditional classroom teaching express, teaching presentment style, teaching method, even teaching ideal. Using information technology in classroom teaching is one of important methods to promote and enrich in it. Although there are more studies on integration of information technology and curriculum, most of them stay on the construction of theory they ought to be. When comes to the teachers who use information technology in their teaching, these studies have no specific point on premise of supplying detail information technology and curriculum integration and their process and method instruction. This research will sufficiently show the three type of integration on information technology and physics curriculum through case study. With the analysis of the case, go through the condition on integration of information technology and curriculum in present high school, cognitive understanding of teachers and students on it, its effect and tendency. Then find out the problems on integration of information technology and physics curriculum in X high school recent years.
