With the development of the times,the traditional"five ones"(a blackboard,a piece of chalk,a mouth,a book,a lesson plan)teaching methods can no longer meet the needs of teaching. Audio-Visual Education Department issued a "" Eleventh Five-Year "National Educational Technology Research Program (2006-2010)" on November 30, 2005. It stimulated the national research on educational technology.This research aims to investigate the application of educational technology in mathematical teaching, including high school mathematics teachers'realization of the educational technologies, and their use of educational technology development and the factors that influence the development of the educational technology. Then it becomes the goal of this research how to better design and control the educational technology, and combine traditional and modern educational technology effectively to optimize the teaching and improve the quality of teaching. Through a written questionnaire and a forum for communication of network from high school mathematics teachers, we get the following three conclusions:1. High school mathematics teachers'agreement of the level of educational technology. The majority of high school mathematics teachers agreed that multimedia teaching makes the teaching of modern educational technology more direct and improves the teaching efficiency. But it only plays a supporting role in the classroom, which can not replace the blackboard and chalk.2.High school mathematics teachers'level of implementation of educational technology. Teachers frequently use or sometimes use the modern aids and combine the blackboard with the multi-media whose major resource comes from the Internet, including powerpint and Geometer's Sketchpad.3.The school's environment and teacher's knowledge of the educational technology. Half of the schools can not achieve a modern multi-media configuration requirements of the development of educational technology. On the whole, teachers modern educational technology needs to be improved and they hope that they can improve their own modern educational technology through the training organized by schools.
