Education which-Teaching quality is the lifeline of a school,each education manager should regard how to use a comprehensive,objective and scientific teaching management concept to improve the teaching quality as a lifelong thought in their life.Therefore,from the perspective of the self-monitoring and evaluation management of the teaching quality,taking the improvement of the teaching quality and efficiency as the ultimate goal,this paper analyses the basic elements of the self-monitoring and evaluation management of the teaching quality.In addition,this paper combines theories with practice,and intends to inherit predecessors' achievements and make innovations actively.Through the way of questionnaire survey and her own work practice,the author investigates the management situation,discovers the problem,analyses the causes and finally puts forwards perfect countermeasures respectively according to the self-monitoring and evaluation standard,self-monitoring and evaluation subject,self-monitoring and evaluation method,self-monitoring and evaluation content.students-oriented quality culture construction.self-monitoring of teaching quality and professional development.the professional development of teaching evaluation and the adoption of a two-way evaluation mechanism.Pay attention to timely feedback of results and applications.In this way,can we form a complete set of the self-monitoring and evaluation management mode of teaching quality.At present,the study of the self-monitoring and evaluation management of teaching quality is mainly conducted in colleges and universities,while the same research is relatively less conducted in middle schools and primary schools,let alone the research which combines theory with practice.Therefore,the author holds it is necessary to borrow and apply relevant theories to improve the teaching quality.
