The Senior High School Education Quality Monitoring Research "Indicator Of Teachers' Development Monitoring"

Along with the extension of common senior high school education scale, the exaltation of the common senior high school education quality also causes people's concern increasingly, but there is different comprehension and dispute about the education quality among people.The meaning of ecucation quality,construction and measuring standard must be grasped completely in order to evaluate education quality precisely and construct scientific monitoring system.This text aims to analyze the overall meaning of education quality and to construct monitoring system which suits the demands of new senior high school course based on the ensuring of education quality construction and measuring standard by comparing domestic and international experts' expounding ,absorbing advanced teacher evaluation concept and combing the widespread way of monitoring education quality and the whole analysis of the evaluation system. Its emphasis is to construct teachers' developing evaluation indicator by combing the demand of the new course reform to teacher's character and introspecting the existent problems in the current teacher evaluation,also according to a basic request of general theories of system construction and current education law.This text thinks the education quality supervision and the guarantee system should consist of "target orientation,valuation orientation, quality monitoring and the information feedback" etc. The education quality monitoring system is an "early warning" project among them,and education quality supervision aims to supervise the quality of teachers' development and the new course construction as well as students' comprehensive character.Ascientific,reasonable teachers' evaluation should pays more attention to the teacher's value , promotes teacher's professional and personal development,and promotes teachers' character and realization of teachers' life value.
