The fast development of Chinese economy has sped up the integration pace of global economy,which enables more frequent China-global exchange and communication.The integration is not only reflected in the economic,politics and science and technology aspects,but also reflected in teaching,particularly higher education.Higher education is no longer limited to a nation,but crossed the boundaries of a certain country or nation more and more frequently,which reflects the internationalization trend.In order to comply with higher education's development trend of diversification and internationalization and meet the demands of the times,universities in our country actively introduce foreign experts and scholars in recent years.Employment of excellent oversea teachers has become an important part of the work introducing talents in China's higher education institutions,which is an important way for learning advanced science,technology and culture of foreign countries.XW College,a private ordinary full-time college of higher learning with foreign language as its distinguishing feature,mainly engages in the professional level of higher vocational education.Based on foreign high-quality education resources,the college actively introduces foreign talents to carry out foreign language teaching and has made outstanding achievements in recent ten years.College scale,teaching quality and popularity of the college has been greatly improved.However,along with the growing number of the foreign teachers in recent years,conflicts brought by the cultural differences of foreign teachers are gradually outstanding.Thus,the traditional management method of single culture is unable to meet the demands of the colleges' development in new situation.Therefore,it seems particularly necessary and urgent to study cross-culture management model in international education,so as to eliminate conflict brought by heterogeneous culture in college management and explore the effective managing method of higher education towards foreign teachers.Although as a study sample of foreign teacher management in XW College,because of the homogeneity of multi-culture management,this paper has certain importance of reference and operability for cross-cultural management of foreign teachers in private colleges.
