| At present,more and more kindergartens choose to hire foreign teachers to improve their teaching ability and international level.However,because foreign teachers have their own characteristics in terms of cultural background and living habits,they must have certain specialties in management.Therefore,this article draws on human resource theory and related research results,analyzes the basic status of the management of foreign teachers in kindergartens at the current stage,and collects and organizes a large amount of first-hand information through various methods such as field visits and questionnaire surveys.Under the new normal of the market economy at the current stage,the objective existing problems in the management of foreign teachers in kindergartens have been identified,combined with the professional knowledge learned,a series of innovative and targeted opinions and suggestions are given.This article mainly discusses the management of foreign teachers in kindergartens in my country.First,it clarifies the related concepts of this article,and introduces the research purpose and significance of this article.It sorts out and summarizes related theoretical research results at home and abroad to form research literature;then introduces the basic theories of this article,including human resource management theory,and the human resource management attributes of foreign kindergarten teachers;third,design a survey plan,Conduct visits and questionnaire surveys to the target kindergartens,and conduct surveys on the basic personal information and educational level of foreign teachers.In addition,it summarizes the basic status of the management of foreign teachers in kindergartens from the aspects of appointment,training,teaching,daily life management,and management team construction.Fourth,it analyzes the objective problems existing in the management of foreign teachers in kindergartens in my country at the current stage.Including recruitment issues,training issues,assessment issues,incentive mechanism issues,etc.;Fifth,feasible countermeasures to improve the management of foreign teachers in kindergartens.From strengthening the construction of the management team of foreign teachers,strengthening the training of foreign teachers,doing a good job in the construction of foreign teachers’performance evaluation and rewards and punishment systems,doing a good job in cross-cultural management,and the key aspects of appointment,targeted optimization is given.Countermeasures;finally,summarize the full text and look forward to future research directions. |
