With a new round of curriculum reform and the deepening of the concept of the new curriculum to keep on learning and understanding, as well as change the way students study, the classroom teaching English in primary schools has a new look. Cooperation in this study means study in English language teaching in primary schools can be widely used, but at the same time the need for effective classroom management in order to ensure its smooth implementation.This paper aims to study primary school English classroom management cooperative learning, combining theory with practice, and strive to explore co-operation of the primary school English class studying the implementation of effective road management, will work together to implement the study.Cooperation of the students improve communication skills, communication skills, ability to correctly handle the relationships as well as the students cultivate the spirit of collective cooperation and so useful, so English classes at primary schools in the implementation of cooperative learning is essential.
