Teaching mode is a theoretical method of teaching system. It is the embodiment of the theoretical system and also the systemic summarization of teaching methods. Review mode is a review process of teaching mode. It should highlight the students' learning activities, take"internalization learning"as the main characteristics, construct the knowledge systems, and solve the rediscovered"new"problems, so as to make teaching aims, teaching strategies and feedback systems combined reasonably.This subject analyzes and discusses the theoretical basis of biological review teaching mode from the following aspects: the biological new courses concept, the constructivism learning theory, and the modern teaching mode; It discusses the necessity, the principles and methods of constructing modes in biological review, and, at the same time, it puts forward the operational procedures and teaching strategies of the biological review mode:"problem groups - the concept map". According to the principle of educational measurement, I choose the students in Class 6, 8,11and13, Grade 3 of No.3 High School in Liaoning Province as testee. Each class has 50 students, and the total number is 200. This test use group contrast experimental methods. The experimental group use"problem group - the concept map"review mode to organize teaching, while the control group use the traditional review teaching mode to organize teaching. And then, I use Excel2003 to analyze the both two groups'pre-test and post-test data which has been tested more than three times, and to analyze the result of the questionnaire related to interest, efficiency, cognitive level, comprehensive analysis ability and academic performance. The conclusion is that this mode used in senior high biological review teaching is very feasible and effectual. Through the construction and implementation of this model, the students'knowledge structure formation, cognitive development and college entrance exam-oriented capabilities in biology can be promoted, and this review mode has a certain guiding function in the overall quality of training and college entrance test review. What's more, it further puts forward the future research direction and expectations.
