With the computer technology and network technology widely used in the field of education, online education has been developed to the stage MOOC and flipped classroom. Flipped classroom changes the two process of the classroom knowledge impartment and after-school knowledge internalization in traditional classroom. At the same time, it changes the role of teachers and students and the use of class time. In particular, the students’ self-learning ability and knowledge of organizational capacity have a higher requirement. As a knowledge organization tools, the concept map can promote the internalization of students’ knowledge more effectively, which provides the possibility to solve this problem. In view of this, this paper carried out the research on middle school of Flipped classroom teaching mode based on Concept maps.Firstly, based on the research background and purposes, this study summarizes the research status of Concept maps and Flipped classroom, then expounds related theoretical basis of Concept maps and Flipped classroom systematically. This lays a solid foundation for research-oriented.Secondly, combined with the learning characteristics of students, Concept maps as a tool for resource organization and classroom activities of the organization, applies to middle school of Flipped classroom, constructing a Flipped classroom teaching mode based on Concept maps. The model mainly includes the pre class, classes and after-class. The pre class includes teaching resources development and knowledge transfer. Classes includes cooperative learning, inquiry-based learning, the results show the phases. As well as after-school summarizes reflection module.Finally, practice verifies the feasibility of the Flipped classroom teaching mode based on Concept maps. The results show that the model can effectively improve students’ self-learning ability, knowledge, organizational skills and ability to explore, and that teaching effectiveness is significant. This provides a useful exploration of a combination of Concept maps and Flipped classroom, especially new teaching mode, which can promote development of students’ abilities and teaching quality.
