The teacher's pratical knowledge means the enrivromental knowledge which the teacher owns in the teaching behaviour beyond the classroom,including the knowledge of the subject,the knowledge of the teaching technology,the knowledge of curriclum,the knowledge of the self.There is much focus on the content of the pratical knowledge in the earlier research.With the special points of the Chinese languge,the research pays more attention on the ways of "the development of pratical knowledge" from the view of the classroom observation.The research is divided into fi ve parts:In the first part,the study make up the purpose and the ways of the research.In the second part,the theory baesment of the study is built.In the third part, based on the second part,the research anlyse the sutiation and the demands of "the development of pratical knowledge" through the view of classroom.In the forth part,the reasons of the development of pratical knowledge come to the final,underlined with the time of the classroom teaching,they are divided in to three parts.In the epilogue, the author discusses briefly how to develop the teacher'spractical knowledge through innovating the teacher education. It is also regarded asthe beginning point of the follow-through research.
