Teachers are the main body of education,excellent preschool teachers are the backbone of kindergarten teachers,they are the reliable guarantee for preschool education quality,the professional growth process of outstanding preschool teachers and their factors of professional growth can provide learning experience for new teachers.The overall quality and improve the overall level of kindergarten teacher education is of great significance.This study aims to explore the professional growth process of preschool teachers,find out the course of growth of “excellent teachers”,and summarize the influencing factors that affect their professional growth.We hope that the research results can provide direction and help to preschool teachers who are promoting professional growth.They found a reference method to overcome difficulties and overcome difficulties.This study uses a qualitative research approach to three excellent kindergarten teachers for the study object,through one-to-one semi-structured interviews,observations and physical collection methods to fully understand the growth of the three teachers,mainly from before entering preschool education The preparatory phase,the beginning of the appointment and accumulation phase,after entering the mature phase and the maturity of the development of these four stages of research.And on this basis,identify the factors that affect their professional growth.The study found that the influencing factors of excellent kindergarten teachers include two aspects: First,personal factors,loyal to the cause of preschool education,focusing on self-growth,and strengthening learning and reflection;the other is environmental factors,including family support,school atmosphere and school management.
