Kindergarten teachers play a vital role in the growth of children.Male teachers,as a special part of the group of the kindergarten teachers are more likely to excite children learning interest with their optimistic,open-minded and courageous,therefore,the existence of male teachers has a unique value and significance to the study and development of young children.Nowadays,the gender structure of kindergarten teacher team is unbalanced and it causes some problems of child's healthy growth.How to attract more excellent male teachers into pre-school education has been a hot issue in preschool education research.In this study,interview and observation are used to investigate a male-teacher who worded in a kindergarten in AnShan for 11 years,analyses the basic elements of his professional life,such as salary welfare,work pressure and the identity of occupation,and then,the writer tries to find out the internal and external elements which affect male teachers' professional life in kindergartens.According to the research,this paper tries to provide some strategies and advice to improve the quality of male-teachers' professional life.First,the government and society should create a good social environment for the kindergarten male teachers.Second,the kindergarten should provide appropriate space for male teachers' professional development.Third,male teachers should work with positive attitude and confidence.
