Since the 21st century, our country have promulgated and implemented a about cultivating professional master’s policy, which has pointed to the importance of the cultivation of professional master’s. Master of professional preschool education as one of the professional master’s, which has the characteristics of professional, practice. One of the goals of develop master of professional preschool education is reserving high quality, strong practical ability in the field of professional talents for kindergartens. At present,there have great deal of researches on teachers’ adaptation of their jobs at domestic and foreign, especially, the object of researches mainly concentrated in the primary and secondary school teachers. In order to perfect our country preschool education professional master’s cultivation mechanism, the study on master of professional preschool education in this paper, which mainly through the questionnaire survey method and interview method to master of professional preschool education as the entry to adapt to the present situation of preschool teachers are studied, than putting forward some countermeasures to promote its speed induction to adapt.The first part through the questionnaire survey to understand master of professional preschool education as induction to adapt to the basic situation of preschool teachers, for instance, First the preparation for adaptation of their jobs, master of professional preschool education in the graduate school has reserves the theoretical and practical knowledge about preschool education, and the kindergartens for master of professional preschool education in the process of adaptation of their jobs to provide the relevant training and education. Second the adaptation of kindergarten environment, which contains the physical environment and spiritual environment. Third requirements and expectations of professional, it performs that their career development needs and plans. Fourth according to the characteristics of the preschool teachers’professional formation and value judgment, master of professional preschool education become a professional identity.The second part of interview data analysis in grounded theory, It is concluded that the following points:First, master of professional preschool education has certain preparation before induction. Second rapid growth in the work.Third the key people in the process of induction is director and colleagues of mentoring relationship. Four on the basis of different jobs, they have different difficulties. Fifth in the process of induction adapt to show the power of the "bamboo".Finally, by analyzing the results of questionnaire research and interviews, it concludes. First master of professional preschool education will be a new force in the preschool teachers; Second master of professional preschool education as early childhood teachers in adaptation process in good condition. Third in the process of induction adapt to show the power of the "bamboo".Therefore, this papper combines with Tripartite Reciprocal Determinism, then there are three aspects dimensional from colleges and universities, kindergartens and personal of master of professional preschool education, promoting the pre-school education professional master as perschool education teachers in adaptation measures.
