| Emotional Education is one of the hot topics nowadays when Quality Education is performed. Emotional education is a part of the whole education. It concerns about the attitude, emotion, mood and belief of students in education process and it puts an emphasis on the students' self-esteem, their development and social development so as to make students and society develop harmoniously. In brief, emotional education is the education that can make students feel more comfortable, which can arouse students' interest ,confidence,creativity ,vigour, capability and so on.Traditional vocational education usually neglects the importance of emotional education. With further discussion on the teaching purposes and the Quality Education project, it's necessary for us to implement the emotinal education in the course of teaching. In school the application of emotional education is helpful to help students form the healthy individuality, which can also influence and justify students' cognitive process. The core of the Quality Education is to cultivate the all-round development talents. Emotional education is part of the Quality Education.We first discuss the element of emotional education. From the static perspective, the emotion elements include three aspects of teaching, namely teacher,students,teaching materials; from the dynamic point of view, when teacher and students are in carrying out activities, these emotional elements were made alive and transormed into the emotional information between teachers and students, thus to form a dynamic network of emotional communication in teaching. Based on the analysis of emotional factors, this paper puts forward the emotional implementation strategy. According to teachers' dominant position in education, in vocational education the key to the implementation of emotional education is to arouse students' incentives to study, care more about their daily lives,help them rebuild their confidence and encourage them to have their own ambition.
