With the social economy developing quickly, the College Education pays more and more attention to foster students' subject development. The Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party proposed the idea of "Insisting humanist, setting up an comprehensive, balanced and sustainable development which can promote all-round progress of society and people, namely the scientific concept of development ". The political report to the Seventeenth National Party Congress further pointed out: "Scientific Outlook on Development takes development as its essence. And the essential element is Human-oriented approach. The basic requirement is comprehensive, balanced and sustainable, with overall consideration to be its basic method. As the essential element, Human-oriented approach is also a new a kind of educational idea, as well as a principle of subjective moral education.According to this cognition, thus this article explained the relationship of human-oriented and subjective moral education by analyzing their connotation in depth In accordance with Marxist Theory of All-round Human Development, then gave demonstration of practical and theoretical basis of subjective moral education under the human-oriented theory. And , based on these, put forth the countermeasures of subjective moral education under the human-oriented theory by analyzing the problem existed and reasons caused in subjective moral education at the present time , so that to offer a reference way to reinforce subjective moral education aggressively.The whole paper presented as five chapters is organized as follows:The first chapter describes the meaning and the research status at home and abroad of subjective moral education, and defined subjective moral education and human-oriented theory. By tracing the theoretical sources of the human-oriented theory, explained some basic concepts. And by analyzing these concepts, explained the connotation of subjective moral education and human-oriented theory.The second chapter gives a demonstration of practical and theoretical basis of subjective moral education under the human-oriented theory. Most are based on Marxist Theory of All-round Human Development, subjectivity education and main Western subjective moral education theory. As well, gives an explanation from four backgrounds as follows: globalization, market economy, global reform and the Internet Age.The third chapter discloses the problem existed and reasons caused in subjective moral education at the present time. After seeking for the problems which are existed in the subjective moral education from goal, method, content, practice aspects, and makes a deep analysis of these reasons.The fourth chapter offers a reference way to reinforce subjective moral education under the human-oriented theory. Mainly from university subjective moral education goal, idea, content, way four aspects discusses countermeasures of university subjective moral education under the human-oriented theory. This article stresses that the student is the main body of subjective moral education, and all aspects of subjective moral education should be carried on revolving it.
