In the past20years, along with the trend of Entrepreneurial Economy, Entrepreneurship Education has become a new education form and the carrier of moral education in Universities. Moral Education does a lot of survey on Entrepreneurship Education, especially for Entrepreneurship Education bringing up more and more students of self-employment quality, making the Moral Education in Entrepreneurship Education become a heat and hot academic research. University students as the main body of Entrepreneurship Education in universities, it is also the subject of moral education. It is obvious that Moral Education theory should be combined with the Entrepreneurship Education to carry the educational theory of subjectivity to cultivate with autonomy, initiative, creative, dare characteristics of university students, to enhance the all-round qualities of self-creational spirit, self-creational personality and self-creational ability, to transport the free and individual "quasi" entrepreneurs for the development of entrepreneurial economy and innovative society. Entrepreneurship Education in universities from the beginning attached great importance to the moral education in the cultivation of subjective personality and promoted the unique value in university students’ all-round development, moral education in Colleges and universities entrepreneurship education research has caused wide attention in academic circles. this paper attempts to explore the aspects of system construction of the macro and micro levels in Entrepreneurship Education from the subject of moral education model, to provide forward-looking and inspiring reference value in the implementation of the theory subjective-moral education mode with the practice of entrepreneurship education, in order to facilitate a resultant force of education, to foster the subjective personality of university students.The first part of this thesis interprets the connotation and characteristics of the subjective moral education, making it clear of the follow categories:subjective moral education, subjective moral education and the subjective moral education mode, and under these categories the author tells the basic characteristics from the aspect of the theoretical basis, the relationship between teachers and students, education targets and educational way.The second part of the thesis does the research of the relationship between university entrepreneurship education in universities, the difference and connection of university entrepreneurship education and moral education, the mutual significance between the entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities and subjective moral education. In the fourth part of the thesis, according to the objective principles and law about the subjective moral education constructed in the university entrepreneurship education, the author tries to find the basis of the relationship between teachers and students from equality, understanding and sharing to construct the subjective moral education in entrepreneurship education. The author tries to provide the objective principle to take care both the teachers’ subjective identity and students’ subjective place, in order to realize the good interaction between teachers and students.The fifth part is the emphasis of the thesis. From the macro theory, the author tries to make the principle construction from the idea of education, education in ethics, educational value, educational practice four dimensions of subjective moral education in Colleges and universities in entrepreneurship theory; from the micro level, the author divided into, considerate mode, practice model of the three dimension about the moral education of putting the theory into practice.
