From ancient times, teachers have been given a high honor, President of the society of respect for time immemorial unchanged for thousands of years.However, what will the real living situation, self-awareness, and self-identification of those in teaching profession be like?This thesis mainly deals with the general activities, income, emotions, social status and the reminiscent memories and self-identification of those who have migrated to the urban areas for a life, with an emphasis on the case of the music teachers in Donghai District, Ningbo City from the native's point of view and the perspective of anthropology, in the process of which an ethnographic research method has been employed, so that an actual analysis can be made of this specific group and a Thick Description of them can be supplied.
