Music curriculum is one of required foundation course during the student nine year compulsory education stage, music teaching is an important part of music education which is pointed out by 2011 versionof 《compulsory education music course standard》.,as obviously, music teaching plays a important role in basic education. The new curriculum standard points out five basic philosophy of music curriculum. Among them, "carrying forward the national music, understanding music cultural diversity" is the central axis all through the full text, which as the central idea of "carrying forward the national music", The emphasis of this paper is to highlight the national music teaching in the folk music of nationality, combined with the problems existing in the process of ecological immigration area, the student’s own particularity, the universality of school music teaching,the importance of ethnic music in minority nationality settlements, on this account we put forward some strategies for the teaching of national music. In recent years, the national music teaching obvious is concerned, but due to the influence of western music education idea for a long time,folk music teaching is in controversial, so folk music teaching has not been attentioned. Folk music as one of the manifestations of ethnic cultural heritage,and education as the main channel of cultural heritage, Therefore, it is our duty and obligation to learn that we can learn from the music education with the national music, and inherit the cultural heritage of the nation. Music teaching is refered to the teacher how to guide the students to actively learn music, The new curriculum standard advocates music teaching should get students as the main body, Therefore, we should make national music teaching strategies according to the characteristics of physical and mental development of students.This paper is focused on national music teaching in primary school, made the comprehensive analysis and narration around the immigrant area music teaching of primary school, took the music teaching of Long Lake Diaozhuang immigrant area primary school as example, focused on the regional and special, to analysis the problems during the music teaching, based on the existing teaching environment, teaching conditions, teaching content and teaching methods. Combined with relevant theoretical research results. In order to improve Ningxia ecological immigration area elementary school music teaching environment, the school leader’s attention. Strengthen the training of teachers, methods and Strategies of the national music education of students, In order to attract more attention of music educators to the cause of national music education, promote the development of national music teaching and the new thinking of national music teaching.
