The issue of migrant workers children's education is closely related to the macro background of our country's social transformation, system conversion, and sharp changes of the multiple social structures. It is also a reflection of the wide range of contradictory in the process of China educational reform and development. This issue is an accumulation and precipitation of the new conditions and problems in education. The saying "With the blue sky, with the common growth and progress" means that every child has the access and rights to accept the qualified education. It is an inevitable requirement to achieve the equality and universality of compulsory education.In the recent years, the government has issued a series of educational policies and measures, stressing the governments of the main inflow and the full-time primary and secondary public-oriented schools of the city, proposing a multi-step solution to the issue of migrant workers children's education. In the educational practice, the public schools have become the main channel of the migrant workers children to receive education in the city. Although the migrant workers children have the chance to enter the public schools, they are encountering some new problems because of the inherent weak position and the differences between the urban and rural areas. It is difficult for them to fully integrate into the schools. Therefore, at the same time of solving the problem of entering schools, we should also pay attention to whether they can remain, as well as their ability to achieve.In view of this, the paper mainly uses the survey method to collect data and systematically analyze the current education situation of the migrant workers children and the reasons why the children of migrant workers can not integrate into the school. Based on this, the paper proposes a model of integrate education and makes some recommendations and countermeasures to solve the problems. In the introductory chapter, the thesis has introduced the background of the study, current situation of the research, the significance of this research, the methods employed in the research, and the framework of the study. The second chapter has described the current status of the migrant workers children's education in public schools and shown a picture in which the migrant workers children can not integrate into the school. The third chapter focuses on the reason analysis, describing the factors that the migrant workers children can not merge into the public schools both from the internal and external reasons. The fourth chapter elaborates the concept of the confluent education and puts forward some targeted measures and suggestions for the promotion of migrant workers children's integration into public schools.
