Study On Education Problem And Countermeasures Of Children Of Migrant Workers With Migrant Workers

With the rapid development of urbanization,China's migrant workers present a large number of flows,but followed by the education of migrant workers' children.Due to the influence of many factors,such as region and educational resources,it is difficult for migrant workers' children to receive fair education.Therefore,exploring the educational problems of migrant workers' children will help to solve the educational malpractice of our country.And it can provide reference for the development of education of migrant workers' children.This article mainly combines Huizhou city,probes into the education problem of migrant workers' children who move with them,and formulates the improvement measures.First of all,combined with the literature,this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign research status and related issues.Ideas,including migrant workers,displaced children,educational equity,Marxist educational equity theory and Humanistic education theory.Secondly,through the way of interview and questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the current education situation of migrant workers' children,mainly introduces the number distribution,study,life,communication,family and school status of migrant workers.It is found that there are some problems in the education of migrant workers' children in Huizhou,such as unequal access opportunities,low teaching quality,students' psychological problems and lack of family education,which are mainly affected by the policy system,educational funds,and so on.It is difficult to adapt to the limitations of urban education and migrant workers' families.Most After that,combined with the problems and reasons of migrant workers' children's education,we should formulate and perfect laws and regulations,raise the proportion of education expenditure,provide high-quality school education and improve family culture and so on.It is hoped that through the analysis of this paper,it can provide a practical reference for solving the educational problems of the migrant children of Huizhou City and further optimizing the allocation of educational resources in China,so as to promote the development of education in China in an all-round way.
