With the development of China's urban economic level and rural urbanization,the phenomenon of family migration of migrant workers into the city is becoming commoner.The migrant workers' children who follow migrant families also have some problems in family and school education,especially in the face of campus integration caused by environmental changes.Taking migrant workers' children in H school in W City as the research objects,this paper adopts the field research method,obtains information of migrant workers' children in cities by using data collection methods of observation and interview,and comprehensively evaluates current situation of the difficulties in the integration of migrant children into schools,mainly including the deviation of rational cognition,the difficulties in the integration of learning environment,the difficulties in interpersonal relations,and difficulties in emotional belonging.Using cognitive behavior theory and social support theory,this paper analyzes the reasons for the dilemma of campus integration,mainly including the conflict of cognitive behavior,the insufficiency of school social support,the poor family education environment and the lack of community support resources.Use the method of case work to implement plan,intervene in the plight of the school of migrant children,and evaluate and summarize the result.Finally,from the perspective of social support,this paper summarizes the relevant suggestions and measures from the aspects of individuals,families,schools and society,mainly including changing individuals,strengthening the supporting role of family education,building a diversified campus culture and improving community supporting facilities under the new urbanization.
