A Case Study On The Practical Wisdom Of A Music Teacher Of Primary School

Education is the career to develop and show teachers' education wisdom,having educational wisdom is the condition for teachers' high quality teaching life.Their experience of teaching is the source to generate wisdom and provide an opportunity to show wisdom,which gradually enriched with the promotion of their career.At the same time,the educational wisdom also add a smart glory to teachers' teaching life.The educational wisdom of teachers is the wisdom of practise,which is the soul of teachers' educational life.Teacher sustained growth and promoted continuously in the pursuit of practical wisdom. There are so many excellent teachers who devoted their youth and enthusiasm to their educational life own rich practical wisdom.This paper applies case study approach to depict a primary school teacher's wisdom what reflet in her daily teaching work. The research based on the existing research results,In view of the specificity of music disciplines of primary school . I expected the thesis is help for teachers who love teacher career,especially for those who engage in non-traditional disciplinesand long for develop their educational wisdom.This paper is made up of four parts.The first part take a analysis on actual needs for teachers practical wisdom from three aspects;state the current research thesis and the perspective in this article;discuss the case study method and the launching of this study process. The second part elaborate thesis on the practical wisdom of Chinese and western scholars and defines the connotation of teacher practical wisdom in this paper,as well as the characteristics of practical wisdom. The third part is the top priority of this thesis,it selected many cases which show the teacher wisdom of their education from her daily teaching work.The forth part discusses the strategies how to generate and promote teachers' wisdom.
