As the reform of higher education system goes further and the socialization of rear-service and the credit system are progressively executed, the concept of traditional class, which is the basic organization to sutdy and carryout activities, gradually faded and the dormitory becomes the essential and comparatively fixed basic organization which replaces the traditional class. The student community based on the student community becomes an important place for college students to study,live and communicate and a complete new space for college students'quality development and ideological and political education.The socialization of Xinjiang Universities'rear-service, the most of which beginned in 2000. In Xinjiang Universities, it is more importantly to carry political and ideological education out. Xinjiang is a Multi-ethnic Region. Politics,economy and culture,are complicated. Accompanied by the socialization of the college rear-servicet, it makes students live in a relatively open space to tend to be affected by a variety of thought.
