Teacher outflow is one of the prominent problems which teacher's troops are facing recently. How to keep the relative stability of teacher's troops,adapting the situation of competition for talent under the socialist market economy is an important topic that the countryside elementary and middle schools need to resolve nowadays.In order to figure out this problem,realize the reasonable human resources and develop the local education business,I take the situation in Danba County(Sichuan Province) as an example to illustrate my viewpoints.On the basis of some questionnaires and interviews for a few schools,the basic situation of the school and the state of teacher' running off are be introduced,I carry on the thorough investigation to the situation of this problem and obtain its negative effect.According to this problem,this paper aims at the analysis of teachers' running off from perspective of level theory of needs,the analysis will be carried out to the reason of teacher outflow from four aspects;And to the solution in this essay,the writer will offer several suggestions to illustrate it,Promoting the teachers' salary to satisfy the basic needs,forming a comfortable school environment where teachers enjoy themselves and love school,Developing teachers' management to help them appreciate their job and developing teachers' going on studying to get fulfillment.In this way can the teachers develop themselves as fully as possible,and come up with the better school environment,thus,the problem can be solved in a spiritual way.
